How to Play as Pagans Thread - Victoria Ultimate mod for Victoria II: A House Divided

As you know we've added two pagan nations in the last update (Norse Scandinavia and Pagan Rome), but since Paradox never bothered to add commands to change state religions in Victoria we had to find a little workaround. It's not hard, but it's not as straightforward as it should be.

1 - Become the nation you want to be (Scandinavia or Rome, they'll both be Christian at first).
2 - A decision called 'embrace the old faith' or something similar will appear, clicking on it will give a pagan Rome or Scandinavia cores on all your cores.
3 - Click on the release nations tab in the politics menu and release Rome or Scandinavia, depending on who you are, then click on 'Play As' (this only works in singleplayer).
4 - Now your country will be Pagan and people will convert to your religion. You may have to conquer the old Christian you as it'll most likely have kept the capital (think of it as a civil war caused by that sudden conversion).
5- If you want to accelerate the conversion process we also included a decision called 'encourage paganism', it decreases your tax efficiency by 2% but your people are far more likely to convert.

And that's it. Enjoy conquering the world as an Odin or Zeus worshipper.

Shouldnt greece have this too?

I have a small bug with this, or well, not sure if inteded. When I release the pagan Rome, and choose to play as them, they do not have cores over in the Christian Rome, so I can't declare war, also they keep more than half of the country. Another thing is the fact that, well, in my opinion capital should be changed to Rome.

Unplayable at for now. I tried with Norse Scandinavia. I really looked for my new Religion, instantly put in the +2% boost. Have had some Finnish then. But that was it. Only in one province. htey then go to one, and only one, colony. So i hade some but only in colonys. No other Swedish, Finnish with Norse religion.
So the Religion will slowly die out. Real slow.
When i tried for Rome i started as Italy, going to Rome. Use Decision. And then i can release....Rome. Again? yep.
No Pagan at all.

If you get this to work properly. Could you do that for Irland or Great Britian? (Celtic)
And USA and Australia with "to the American Indian roots"?
