1604 - Tips and guides Thread - Victoria Ultimate mod for Victoria II: A House Divided

Hi people,

Some of you might have played this campaign for some time, and maybe have some good experience with what the do's and dont's are.

I tried personally a couple of times to play Kingdom of England, but its really tough. Things that makes it hard are:

• Economy is terrible, and you have to increase tax to around 60, and reduce most spendings
• When conquering new land, sudden rebellions appear without any warnings. e.g. I conquered Hamburg. The first 6 months I had potential rebellion, but didnt fire. Rebels then disappeared from the overview, and suddenly the spawn without any notice
• I went commerce on tech, to get some more cash, but still hard to get the economy up and running
• Many nations keep getting bankrupt, which maybe makes the whole economy broke?

What are your thoughts, maybe tips on how to play the game? Especially looking a conquering and having a proper economy.
