A few years years have passed since the events of Grand Theft Auto IV. In an alternate ending, Niko and Roman Bellic leave Liberty City after Mallorie's death untimely death. Thankfully, they've landed themselves in Vice City; the City of Sin. In a series of audacious events, Roman is pulled back into debt, resulting in Niko putting his neck on the line in order to protect whatever he has left.

A tutorial on how to install add-on vehicles. Note: Add-on weapons have been reported to work partially in multiplayer. If you kill another play with them, your game will crash.

Add-on weapons can be added to the game using MVL. Add-on weapons will be released officially for Vice City's Serbian and by the community. These vehicles can be modified however you want.To install add-on vehicle, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Download an add-on weapon
  2. Go to Vice City's Serbian folder
  3. Go to MVL --> Weapons
  4. Drop the given .7z file into the weapons folder then start the game.

To spawn the weapons you must be in windowed mode. Select the weapons menu and choose the added weapon.
