A few years years have passed since the events of Grand Theft Auto IV. In an alternate ending, Niko and Roman Bellic leave Liberty City after Mallorie's death untimely death. Thankfully, they've landed themselves in Vice City; the City of Sin. In a series of audacious events, Roman is pulled back into debt, resulting in Niko putting his neck on the line in order to protect whatever he has left.

A tutorial on how to install add-on vehicles. Note: Add-on vehicles cannot be used in multiplayer. They are a singleplayer only feature.

Add-on vehicles can be added to the game using MVL. Add-on vehicles will be released officially for Vice City's Serbian and by the community. These vehicles can be modified however you want.

To install add-on vehicle, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Download an add-on vehicle
  2. Go to Vice City's Serbian folder
  3. Go to MVL --> Vehicles
  4. Drop the given .7z file into the vehicles folder then start the game.

To spawn the vehicle in get press ALT + 2 to search through the vehicle list. Press ALT + 3 to spawn the selected vehicle. The add-on vehicles can also be found on the streets being used by pedestrians.
