There is a mod for Battlefleet Gothic Armada 2 that adds new ships. The team is the same, consisting of PistonMiner,Caliger and Imperator with help from Dire Venom and Skalgrim and Jonathan Zotack. Special thanks to Tindalos developer Iluv with helping the Chaos battleship hangars to work. Everything is open to change. Current stats in screenshots are for a ship testing build of my own, since I handle ship assembly.

Description

This is the balanced Veritatem Imperialis II version of the mod. New features: High Energy turn for Imperial and Chaos Battleships and Titans. Fixed Chaos campaign. Now with the beta master key.

Dominatus and VI2 base version are not compatable. Xenotide is the most up to date version. It's not an update or sub-mod, it's a full new release version, so replace the old VI2 files with these ones.

Hey, new to this mod. Did you sort out portraits for those new ships without one? Stuff like that would drive me insane so wanted to ask before downloading.

It's not a thing that can be fixed. Nobody has access to the Files for the Portraits. If a new ship gets added, it will either use an existing one (if it replaces an existing ship slot) or be left blank.

That said the ship models will apear in game just fine, and they will function in combat just fine; it's just the portraits.

Did you unzip everything properly separate the two Paks? That's the most common cause for that.

I assume this is not compatible with Skalgrim's mod? Currently running that and quite deep into Imp campaign, it's great, but getting that "More units!" itch. Also if there is a version that is can be used alongside Skalgrim (Dominatus?) is it savegame compatible?

This is a standalone mod. It won't work with Dom or Skal's mod.

Though I doubt this will happen, is there a possibility for this mod to merge with Skalgrim? I kinda love both mods’ additions
