IMAGE1: Make sure the basis (pivot) is at the base of the plant (aka bole.)
IMAGE2: Export Paths (properties of the plant model aka bole.)
IMAGE3: Volume Properties (bole_vol)
IMAGE4: Volume Properties (crown_vol)
IMAGE5: Schematic(Copy)
IMAGE6: Materials(Copy)

(include "/properties/bush.inc") adds animations to the plant to stimulate wind; so you don't have to make any animations!
