Ultima Ratio is my latest UI/UX edition for Empire without changing the root of your game. So you are able to play multiplayer matches from Steam against normal players who don't use any modifications - that was the idea what push me to modify my own game and share it here...
Finnaly, I believe that everyone who seeks for mods in Empire wants to improve weak aspects of the game, but without change the essence... So, now you will have a true immersion for offline and online matches with the same product: the best of both worlds, with better graphics and sounds!

Best mod by far. Sadly hasn’t worked for me since the ETW update on Steam :/ Is it possible to get it fixed?

Is there a list of changes or something? What exactly does this mod do? Just nicer graphics and audio ? In what way?

Everything seems to be going fine then the installation stops at 33% and goes not responding. I've stopped all the extra programs I can think of, but this keeps happening. Any ideas?
Audio and video files take a little longer to decompress. This is normal because the installer is improvised. Wait about 2 or 3 minutes and the progress bar continues without major crashes.
Does this mod prevent acheivments being unlocked like darth mod
No, it is a clean MOD, only interfaces and UX improvements
