Module ceased development months ago, i'm just here to update the status. Turmoil Across the Stars is an mod based on Star Wars Conquest. What it does, is bring the Clone Wars era into the module.
Very recently was made a remake for Female twilek head abd a few new outfits for civilians. Currently i try to figure out using cloth physcis feature in Blender 3d. if i can figure out its usage i can make higher quality clothes for the mod with reasonable effort.

Another image of the new Twilek heads. They cannot be modified, but perhaps, at some point this ability will be added to them, even if limitedly. In that case they could potentially replace the now existant Twilek female heads completely

Further update on the matter of Twilek heads, ummm... had a little trouble with stuff and had to get rid of the old texture, Cruor Volt made a new one, this is yet WIP Puu.sh
