This mod is a “Revival”, that is, a continuation of the original Trek Wars mod made by SMG Modding team. The “original” Revival team (led by Kavok) added factions such as the Klingons, Romulans and Dominion as opposed to the SMG Modding Team that had only added the Federation. Now, a new team, led by Imperial aim to continue these teams’ great work by refining their work and adding brand new content. Our progress has been slow, but we have been working on a new release that will add a lot of new content, and with the help of new team members, our team is producing more content than ever before!

Unfortunately, no new units have been added. This is a standalone release, however, functions as a patch due to the content it includes.

Why are the beam weapons effects for the Dominion suddenly red? They used to be more accurately blue (in DS9 the Polaron beams were blue) but now after the Alpha release, they are all red.

I LOVE your mod btw, it is nothing short of a love letter to my childhood. Thank you for everything you’ve done so far!

It might start up if you place it into the .\Mods directory.

The updates in .xml files we can provide in the mod, for other versions of the game.
But steam version is going to work best because that is the version that receives updates to the .exe file.

You could try deleting .\Data\BetterAI.meg

Drag and drop the mod directory into
.\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars Empire at War\corruption\Mods\

Then either launch the game with this mod by a launcher or paste the following code into

Steam/rightclick EAW-> Properties/General/Start Options:

Modpath=Mods/Mod_Name

Replace Mod_Name for trek_warsa1 or the folder directory of any other mod.

i do not have a mods folder in my star wars empire at war/corruption folder...i have a folder labeled MSS32 could this be it? otherwise i have data and log folders
