What is Tides of War: Clone Wars? ToW: CW is a fan-built total conversion mod for Digital Anvil's Freelancer game that was released in 2002. When fans began to make mods for Freelancer, one of the many things people were keen on seeing was a Freelancer mod based on the Star Wars universe developed by George Lucas. While there are other Star Wars mods out there, none of have dedicated themselves to simulating the Clone Wars era.

Description
The Separatist Carrier was originally a Trade Federation freighter, much like the Lucrehulk-class haulers, that has been converted into a combat fighter carrier.
This ship will be the Separatist counterpart to the Republic Acclamator-class Assault Ship.

The Separatist usually attack in smaller craft that they got from civilians, they don't need a counterpart unit designed to exactly mimic the acclamator
Also, one Separatist Lucrehulk Battleship can carry the same amount of troops as any republic assault fleet can, so why do we need this

This is a Carrier class ship from the CIS. It's smaller than his big sister (Lucrehulk) but it has more mobility and can fly in small passages....The best support ship for little conflicts. but not for a battle with Venator and Victorys. thats my argument.
