Isnt the helmet a bit to big for him? or is it just the angle?

Possibly the angle, but it covers the characters head and comes down further below his chin by about 2-4 inches. So if it seems like it's a bit big, it's because it is :)
the reason the helmet looks big, its because of the fact he has so little body armour for a dude with a gun and helmet.
