Description
Armed with an EMP bomb against vehicles. It's very fragile and should be kept far from AA defenses. Made by Tyler Adams.

No, it doesn't... as you can see in the pic, it is Interceptor who is taken out by AA defenses. ;-)
It will be very weak, I've myself lost two Interceptors in an attack on the base in the picture. That's why it will be better as an assault support orca against vehicles without strong AA def. :-)
Does it effect buildings as well?
Yes... it affects the radar, at least.
