Yes, it's a bit early, but still. Easter eggs ALWAYS=good. Idea 1: Ships from inspiration games/movies/shows/forms of media. IE: Slapping a flyable SF Basilisk or somesuch in a hard to reach area in a game map. Or, for a more spooky look, have a few hundred Sathani hovering around a star in the skybox. (If you don't know what I'm talking about, replay your Freespace games. Idea 2: Put well known icons on darkened walls in the larger capital ships. Or not so well known, a la Dust Puppy *coughquake3cough* For other ideas, please put "Idea #: (idea here)". |

We've been thinking about easter egg type ideas for a while, yeah. Couple of good ideas you've got there too. |

) Or, have a few ruined ships from Homeworld/Homeworld 2 hanging around in a debris field. You might be able to talk to the Freespace SCP to see if they'll let you use their models/textures.
