Problem with Hotseat Thread - Third Age - Total War mod for Medieval II: Total War: Kingdoms

I´ve played the hotseat game mod, and after a while the messages shire autonomy proporsal reached on the screen. I´ve refused it and every other player, but the messages don´t go away and the next player always get more of them
