well if thats ingame im impressed. the lack of diversity doesnt bother me, getting the core components to start coming through is what you get my kudos for, you can mess with visuals later :D
with smart work on the normal maps and diffuse maps we could get at least 10 good looking zombies from this. making it look alot more diverse.
also if you go back to maya/max and make the head a seprate uv layout then we could zbursh 100s of small 512x512 normal maps for the head and run them all ingame with very little engine overhead
remember, guns and ammo will be scarce

the zombies look unreal...literaly, all of them look the same, and look like they we're extracted from some playstation 1 game.
