The Veiled Stars is a single player mod for Mount&Blade: Warband. It is set during the War of the Ring.
nice work but need to get used to the dol amroth armor.
still cant wait till release!
As you know(I hope you know :D), we are visually basing on the movies. But the movies showed not a single Dol Amroth helmet. Meaning we would just have to give it a style that could fit in with Gondorian Knights without a sample to base it on.
you could use the armor from full invasion 2 for the swan knight/dol amroth kinght
Oh damit ! Looks amazing !
Nice work! ;)
love the pelargir helmet ;)
Pelargir armour looks like it has an arrow suck in the head. Once seen it can not be un-seen!
Apart from that small issue I have to say all the various pieces of armour I have seen so far look astounding. I am seriously impressed and am looking forward to seeing a release. :)
Thanks for the praise guys :p
It is beautifully done, just one think... the physics of the chains in the chain hood... because of the physics and historically speaking, the rows of the chains in that lossarnach helmet should be vertical and not horisontal, otherwice, it would not do what it does on the picture, and offer no protection. I am sorry for being this picky, but since most of other armors are nicely correct, it would be shame to have this kind of helmet.
how will you recruit these? will there be a certain amount of villages around the "fief" eg dol amroth where you can recruit the fiefs unit?
Byzantine "The Dol Amroth armor brought tear to my eye, such a thing of beauty."
SWAN KNIGHTS!!! YES! YES! YES! that is the coolest armor ever of all time.
If I have ever seen Dol Amroth armor look this good, especially the left one...man, awesome work.
