Well you guys would have probably seen this coming, but the thing is without a bigger team, this mod is dead...We NEED a bigger team so that we have more people to do smaller things like simple unit coding so I can focus on finer stuff, and maybe a rigger/skinner so that raptor can focus on churning out amazing models and concepts. I recently had to do the TOEFL and my gap year is coming to a close soon, Raptor is swamped with work and so is Deadly.
So simply put, this is what we need:
-Coders. I don't care how bad or good you think you are but I need as many as I can get. Those of you who aren't coders but know some, tell them. Basic knowledge of unit XML files is all I need.
-Riggers. I need people who know how to rig models into the game. Knowledge of how to rig new models is preferred, but anyone who knows how re-rig too is great.
-Skinners. I need people who know how to skin units, while we have raptor churning out great models, I can't ask him to skin them as well as come up with new concepts so...
-New modelers are always great, so please, do apply if you know any/are a modeler.
-Mappers. I need mappers who will be willing to work on maps with custom props, prefferably with knowledge on how to work with them as I don't have much...
Now you're probably saying, "Gee Fordo, that's a tall order..." Well we need any one of the above to move at a faster pace, all of them, would be my dream come true...So yeah...

I know how to mess with XML files, i made a patch to Campaign Commander for EaW that had around 100 changes that made it better.
Just a recomendation, never I made a team requesting people, teams must be made with people which they like a lot the proyect.
But at my opinion, teams are a **** because most of the times they do not finish their proyects and one single man must finish it, at least with lucky.
I have been modding for 14 years and I know very well what I tell you.;)
I know what you mean Nomada, but I'm not half the modder you are...
That's sad boy, I hope you will find someone to help you out. Just keep asking and don't give up. And if everything is going down in the end, maybe you just pause the prject to continue later
