This mod was originally called "Doom 3: Hell on Earth, but since this team and the D3:HOE team had conflicts. We decided to change names and be friends with the HOE team.
About
In the year 2145, colonies on mars discovered the ancient ruins of a long lost civilization that stood on mars in the early 18000 BC. This discovery first began in a dig site off Mars City located 3 miles underground. Tablets were discovered there. These tablets told the story of a battle against a higher being. The rest of the story was yet to be translated.
About 12 hours ago, the UAC embassy on earth, lost contact with the Mars Colony. All hope was lost, so the UAC sent rescue Crafts to mars for a general investigation. Almost an hour ago, the UAC detected three UAC ships about 480 miles away from the Earth's Atmosphere. The president was contacted and aware of the arrival, and the president will be arriving at the landing site at the Vandenberg UAC Air force base. The president will announce the success of the UAC research on mars.
In 18 hours, the UAC ships will arrive back to earth with all 6 tablets for further research.

*Explore vast cities, filled with civilians, later to be loaded with bodies.
*Experinece another side of a story, seeing the destruction of earth as we know it. Before and After the invasion.

im confused now. is this still basically doom2 redone on doom3's engine or is this a new story thats kinda related to doom2 or what?
