It's not a katana, is a big ******* zhanmadao. Sabres and swords like the Zhanmadao were carried by chinese executioners and even specialist assault units during the period the mod is set in.

Honestly, I think the Khergits would be better off being a mix of White Vaegars and Mongols, maybe with a Sternberg-like figure leading them. The whole Maoist/Chinese parts of them don't really fit in my honest opinion.
It'd fit the whole Mongol/Steppe theme of the Khergits.
The current "Khergits" can be mercenaries from a far-off land from the east that the Vaegars hire.

Why does he have four chest pockets? That's sooo unpractical. I recognize the uniform from fromer WW2 in Yugoslavia mod, where they have some tunics with 4 chets pockets, don't use them.
Also, sicne they're based on Communist China of the era, give them some neat blue uniforms, and worker style caps with big red stars
