The Job Search: An ‘Adventurer’s Tale file

You are a recently downsized entry level mercenary looking to spin off your 7+ months experience in rat killing, spider killing, and goblin killing into full-time freelance adventuring.

Act 1 details the player's journey from an out of work civilian who decides that adventuring might be the only way to get out full time unemployment. This involves the player making a 'name' for him/herself by taking on menial jobs for little pay. Working for the 'experience' has never been more true.

Act 2 details the player's journey from fledgling adventurer to slightly less fledgling adventurer. Going on a long trip means more interesting scenarios, but it also might not mean more pay. The adventurer leads an austere lifestyle.

Act 3 details the player's journey from slightly less fledgling adventurer to more respected adventurer even though the vast majority of the realms just don't care. But there are those who do, even ones that you didn't expect. Also expect a big fight before you're done. How will you end the adventure?
