The Great War mod is a total conversion modification for Napoleon: Total War. It creates an authentic representation of World War 1-era tactics, strategies and general warfare within the game. Including stunning new visuals that include entirely new models and textures for equipment, vehicles and more, the mod immerses you into the era with brand new gameplay unlike anything you've experienced in Total War before.
An increase in admin costs has now been added to all military buildings as well as the warehouse/supply depots and research facilities. Some techs also come with added admin costs. This is intended to curb the excessive incomes you often get after capturing a lot of regions and upgrading all of the buildings.
These admin costs can be reduced by researching certain techs and converting some military buildings to other types where possible.

Seems good. There is nothing more frustrating than having hundreds of thousands in money and having nothing to spend it on. Maybe just send it to allies or to neutral nations.
