The Great War mod is a total conversion modification for Napoleon: Total War. It creates an authentic representation of World War 1-era tactics, strategies and general warfare within the game. Including stunning new visuals that include entirely new models and textures for equipment, vehicles and more, the mod immerses you into the era with brand new gameplay unlike anything you've experienced in Total War before.

Currently there is only an old era version, but you can of course keep using already recruited units in the campaign.

Very nice I must say,
But do you have the Black Watch in the mod?

Much as it's nice to see such well made models, you might wish to tone down the collars a bit. You have very thick, stand up collars. The 02 Service Dress Tunic (in all it's iterations) had a lay flat collar. They're all looking just a tad Rick Astley there with their collars popped ;)

Also, at the time, the Glengary was worn at a slant (like a side cap) rather than straight on the head. This changed after the 2nd World War when the current style of wearing it (a bit like a US Garrison Hat) came into vogue.

And I am sure others have mentioned but, some authentic webbing would be nice too. I can see you're still using Napoleonic equipment currently.

Description

Contrary to what the actual image name is, this is not the Black Watch, but rather your everyday Highland Infantry of the British Expeditionary Forces.
