well, the M.E.S.F. are stretched over many different units. This concept is just from the inner-city guards, however still part of the overall M.E.S.F. But agreed, fair points that soldiers probably wouldn't wear collared shirts :).
If the colar shirt was pink now it would be ok, that would freak the enemy out!
