well, the M.E.S.F. are stretched over many different units. This concept is just from the inner-city guards, however still part of the overall M.E.S.F. But agreed, fair points that soldiers probably wouldn't wear collared shirts :).

yea some rankings would work there, but then every soldier is a general or something like that D:. i dont wanna fight an army of generals & privates.
