Didn't think I'd ever see a elder scroll strategy game or mod.. you sir have comepleted a dream :P.. next to see if someone ever does a fallout set one.
I don't thinck he Fallout mod would be possible on MTWII or any total war Engine, thougth there is actually one in developement for Mow Assault Squad 2.
There was one in development but it seems to have died

They have an Elder Scrolls complete Overhaul in Crusader Kings, and I believe there are some fallout ones, not sure if they were completed.

And well, who cares, this is awesome they look exactly like you saw them in-game (with lesser texture offcourse).

You do realize this was made with Medieval 2 Graphics right? They were limited to what they had on hand as Medieval was the last Total War where you could actually change the Map.
I'm honestly REALLY surprised (and pleased) with how close the mod looks to Oblivion.
That is because the games were released almost at the same time
