i was really stupid, how to dowload it?
And I thought of a idea to get them. There would always be a red mountain in tamriel but teh dwemer would have a better chance to get lorkhans heart to make numidium. And you need steam power to get numidium and the centurion and to get the centurion you need half of a iron to make them. if u added that in there that would be awesome!!!! So plz mini-update it to do that to have that in there or just totally ignore me doesn't matter it's just an idea

the modern units past gunpowder feel a bit out of place, is there anyway to remove them? gattling guns and cannons don't exist in Tamriel.

I feel like a complete idiot for asking this but I've never modded Civ V before. How do I install this after I download the 7zip file?

Fixed issue where barbarians would not spawn on the map if "loading scenario"!
