=======AEON=========
The Aeon are underpowered in most ways, unfortunately. They have issues with weapon tracking, defenseless units, and crappy
commander upgrades. Fortunately, I have made them shield tankers to make up for this.
- Aeon Parashielding Unit now has much stronger shields.
- All Aeon T1-T3 ground/sea units now have a very weak bubble shield to protect the rest of the group.*Commander Armor Repair Rate is now 5 (old 10)*Aeon T1 Air Scout now has a +1HP health boost.
- Aeon T1 Air Scout can deploy a shield to protect air forces.
- Aeon T3 Spy Plane now has a slightly better shield than the T1 variant.
- Aeon Strategic Missile Sub now has strong bubble fields for fleet defense.
- Aeon T1 attack subs now somewhat stronger bubble shields to protect navies.
- Galactic Collosus, being far too powerful, has been rebalanced so that it is not an iWin. I made it so it has 50% normal health, lighter armor, does 500 damage instead of 5000, but it can also shoot air targets.
======CYBRAN========
The Cybran, being whay they are, should be masters of nanoassembly, mettalurgy, and physics. I am editing their land units to
relect that.
- Cybran Land/Sea units (except spiderbot) now have a regen rate of 5.
- Cybran Land units (except spiderbot) now have reduced build costs and times.
- Cybran Sea Units have improved armor.
- Cybran engineers now have commander type armor.
- Cybran Sea Units now have improved speed.
- Cybran T1 Air scout now has greatly improved armor and a regen rate of 15.
- Cybran T3 Air scout now is an engineer.
- Commonly built structures (T1-T2 factories) are now built faster.
=======UEF==========
UEF to me seem to be more offensive than defensive, or at least they should be. I have enhanced their long-range weapon systems to make them more formidable.
- UEF T1 power plants now generate twice as much energy.
- UEF T1 Mas Fabs now generate twice as much mass.
- UEF Tactical Launchers now deal twice the damage at 6x the splash.
- UEF Duke now fires (and builds lol) much faster and deals more damage, and has a 3000hp health bonus.
- UEF T2 Art. now deals more damage.
- UEF T3 Anti Air now deals 3x more damage.
- UEF Stratetic Launcher now fires nukes with significantly more damage and area of effect.
- Mavor now deals more damage, faster, but uses much more energy to fire.
- UEF Triads now deal MUCH more damage, as in over 3x.
- Strategic Missile Sub now has 3000 more HP and carries a nuke with a wider area of effect.
- T3 Battleship now deals more damage with more splash.
- Tactical Missile Cruiser now can lob missiles furthur and they do more damage.
- UEF mobile missile launchers now deal more damage and shoot further and faster.
======AI============
- New Turtle (Tech) AIs now put up defenses earlier.
