This is a Melee mod for STALKER. I know it doesn't sound like much from that, but imagine if you will a whole world that has collapsed. A world where monsters and mayhem are the keywords and there are no guns. You want to kill something, you have to get up close and kill it. You also have to survive. There is no power, no supermarket with fresh food. You have to kill and eat, or find food elsewhere. Based on the story "The Diary", which follows the life of one man beyond the riots and end of civilisation, beyond the chaos and aftermath of the infected that live only to slaughter and beyond the hell that is the Tenax. As another survivor, you have to escape. The mod aims to allow the players to join up with other survivors, or the cult. You can hi-jack cars to get around or take to the roads on foot. You can face off against the many monsters in the story or try to avoid them all. How you play it will be down to you but there are 8 different ways of ending the game (death...

wonderful art, but honestly Ive given up on Stalker, I mean they keep on pushing the release date further and further, by the release (if it ever happens) the engine will be so incredibly outdated

Current official release date is March 07. And given the current version of the engine it looks fine.
