Description
Phefar is an Imperial world with lots of research facilities, which are guarded by a legion of special troops. One of these are the Phefar troopers, wielding melee weapons or blasters, which are a good match of a fully-trained Jedi Knight.
Good. Mass-produced Vaders. Love it :D
I guess, the similarity is because of the panels and helmet. These guys are cyborgs, so it also brings them closer to the image of Vader. But that's it, nothing else. ;)
