Some people spend all their life in one place. Local dwellers might not be very informative about Galactic affairs, but they are certainly ready to tell you more about local events.

The Cantina Patron says, that he didn't mean to offend us (the Player), but he asked some questions about our coming to the planet of Rutana. He also says, that actually there's no much to do on the planet, so he feels surprised that new people come every day... That's actually an interpretation, not a translation. :)
Literally: "No offense! I'm asking because there's nothing to do here on Rutana. Do you have some important business?"
great model/skin there
Thanks! This NPC has quite a story actually. I made the skin in 2004 or 2005, as I recall. By that time we had no name for him, and it was simply a skin/model for Jedi Outcast (as You might know, Dark Pastime was in development for JKII, not JA, at first).
Being one of the ugliest character, that we created so far, we called him at that time "*ss-face-guy". Later he was called ansat, one of the SW species, that can be seen in Episode IV.
