A patch to convert a TDM 2.07 install to 2.08. You may use this along with the other patches here at Moddb to go from the 2.0 Standalone version to 2.08.

I did the 2.08 update via the TDMupdater included but the game would only go to a black screen with the music playing in the background after the update process was finished. However, using this standalone update and copying it across to my TDM install fixed it. Many thanks!
