Here is a teaser video showcasing the most polished and complete portions of the game. Some of the models (skeletons) will be changed in the final to some variety. The teaser shows off some of the crazy aspects of the game. We will also be launching a website for the mod sometime as well which should help tie the game together and show it off in great style. There are also some animations shown that have been updated and are much smoother.
We decided to do a name change since we are not referencing Crysis at all in the game anymore. Also we decided on a name that sounds like a title to an old Weird Tales comic or even a HP Lovecraft short story. This was also in response to fan feedback, many people found the old one confusing. Hope you like it!
Both of us team members have school so we have slowed down somewhat this fall, but we are still pounding away at it. We hope to release early next year, but as always it will be done when it's done. One of our mission statements is a commitment to quality, so we are trying to get it as bug free and as close to a commercial release as possible.
One of the few reasons I still own Crysis. Looks promising.

Hopefully it can be as goood as the 2005 game, Call of Cthulhu, perhaps better.

Yeah, Call of Cthulhu, was an inspiration, but not exactly what we were shooting for. I liked many things that game did, but the general feel of our game is going to be vastly different.
Protip: Cthulhu's only weakness is boats to the stomach.
