Just I would like to ask maybe you can say what is the doing of that building? :D It is like Barad Dur where orc comes at some point like a orc pit, but also looking like a Spire. What is the doing of this structure? :D

This building will be something like Gondor Stoneworker building. Player can purchase upgrades for citadel/fortress here (magna cauldron, lava moat and gorgoroth spire).
