Elven Archery Range image - The Battle for Alagaësia mod for Battle for Middle-earth II: Rise of the Witch King
This mods purpose is to recreate Paolini's universe, allowing players to fight for the control of Alagaësia as the Dwarves,the Elves,the Empire, the Varden and their Allies and the Urgals.

The model looks pretty good, but didn't the elves sing to the trees and shaped them to create their buildings? This is just a normal hand made building.
The buildings ahve to work in all places: if the Elves sing their trees in forest they can't do it in deserts so they have normal buildings
In the desert they wouldn't find wood, and most likely tents would be used as mentioned in the books. It is of course up to you, but I personally think the tree buildings are better idea.
as do I, all though you DO have a point about deserts....
You should add some trees around it, and maybe blend the building more into trees, trees can be cut down and brought to the desert, but I recall that elves does not like trees beeing cut down, am I right?
EDIT: Just saw the update; That's more like it, but maybe more tree like?
