Looks awesome! A few horns/spikes wouldn't be bad either. Keep up the great concept art!
You are right.
I like the body armor, but I think the legs need to be more elaborate there, and maybe the arms should have some shoulder guards. And lastly, maybe those two things going over the sides of the legs should connect by his back. I dont know- maybe youre basing it on a certain culture, and these wouldnt work :)
