Also, will the other units get upgrades too? cuz i see for example the rocket mutants can have an upgrade but it isn't in the mod yet?
To Landro117, Flak marauder can also gain upgrade, it's a hidden upgrade like Cyborg's particlebeam.
Mutant faction doesn't have complete technology(they are just wasteland bandit gang, not a nation or powerful military bloc), so they must grab or steal other faction's tech.
