"Make Peace or Die" “Talon 1-5” is a story-driven single-player and co-op mod that aims to combine realism and combat tactics with a science-fiction environment. It will put players into a war to end all wars where they will have to think in order to survive. Taking inspiration from history as well as imagination, we will strive to tell a story about the infantrymen and women of the early 22nd century and how they must persevere for survival and victory like all the Marines who preceded them. The story centers around an 12-man special forces squad, codenamed “Talon” attached to the 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment of the United States Marine Corps. As our world once again sinks into war, Talon 1-5 becomes part of the Battalion Landing Team for 31st MEU. The Mansifled AP-312 is the standard Marine Corps
sidearm, similar in many ways to the modern M1911.
It is large caliber, low round count and uses
stacked munitions technology in its magazine.
The Bauhaus-Emerson FA-6 is a lighter
machine-pistol, generally seen in the hands of the
US Army.
Sorry about the scaling on these two. I did them seperately and then put them together. The FA-6 looks much larger than it should.
bauhaus...thats the name of a large hardwere store :P
but awsome guns
I have no idea how the Mansfield could actually work... Is its entire barrel forward of the trigger?
If you are talking electronic ignition of the shells like the Australian designed "iron Storm!" then it would work fine... as there is no casing to eject. Each projectile is layed end to end with the propellant in between each one, then the propellant is ignited via a small computer chip. When the first lead fires, it expands the one behind it to seal the short barrel, then the next and so forth... ohh... by the way.. nice weapons designs.. lol
Bauhaus is the name of a German art & design school that created some nifty things and was once relocated and then finally shut down by the (darn) nazis during WWII
interesting concepts also
Bauhaus is also the name of a goth band from the 70s/80s!
Anyway, yes, the AP-312 uses the stacked munitions technology developed by Australia's Metal Storm Ltd: Metalstorm.com
Pretty cool stuff.
The mansfield is friking awesome!! The reload animation is gonna kick some ***!
Bauhaus is a nice name for a weapon, but Mies dan der Rohe would hang you.
