In generals base,use new sagemd engine,attain DX9.0 specially good effect. This is a Generals graphics upgrade edition.Your can use ZH mod in this MOD,you amend not enough to swear by code. If me Time enough,may i will make a new Campaign,Map and 3D Object for MOD.

From the still perspective, it does look rather bland.
I'm guessing by animation(and perhaps if its shore was smoothed out) it looks great :D
Yes water is a bit tricky to do. I myself was trying to make new water features for Tiberian Dawn Redux v1.2 which involves some of these challenges that she has faced here. She does a good job and tries her best with the time and resources she has available... just as I have.
