General MoD updates

• Removed second robot from Tablemountain
• Removed cellar test portal from Tablemountain for now till the boss is more finalized.
• Gold mine now allows portals throughout.
• Salan and the DK leveling portal have been moved to a MERGED layout within town1, making more mods 'compatible...'
• Kelintor's teleporter, Dk leveling and Salan merchant have all been added on merge files to every city within the game.
• Added PVP warcamp teleport scroll, and gem saver trinketsword to Salan's inventory in the normal play through.
• Add a gem saver trinket, notches diamond sword from minecraft.
