We have a Transifex project with all the strings divided in handy sections.

If you want to help us, just sign-up in a moment, or sign-in with a Google/Twitter/whatever account
and fork or contribute to the languages you're interested in.

I monitor the page periodically and push the finished translations to our working build of the mod every now and then:

I can help with spanish(latin america spanish) or french.

Updated the main post. We've moved to Transifex now.
I've done a bunch of automated scripts which allow me to sync everything in a breeze.

Pretty much great. I can pull and push the latest strings directly into the latest build of the mod folder.
So you can feel confident that any edit from the web will reflect it almost instantly into our mod.

Keep rocking! The more languages and quality the better for all.

I cannot help with translation BUT I would like to offer my services for voice work if you need small things here or there done. I loved the addition of 'Man your stations' and other sounds during ship battles. If you have some speech or dialogue that you'd like recorded and sent as an mp3, I will try and do what I can to help. I do not think I could do entire conversations or scripts but if there is incidental speech here or there then I'd love to help out with it.

Dutch is done, just need to know how to install the language to the mod.

Someone started on it, but I believe it's still being writen.
