If that box around your level is the skybox I suggest you remove it before the final compile in order to prevent horrible framerates.
Why would i remove my sky box? You need it, and Ive already tested the map and the frame rate is fine.
Because you are wasting a huge amount of resources!
Build the skybox as a cap, which fits perfectly on top of your level; not a huge box.
Listen to ngs616 remove that huge box or the final map will have terrible frame drops. Also I suggest you to check r_speeds and w_poly regularly
It doesn't look like black mesa.
