1-Control Rods Upgrade not showing the right Upgrade image.

5-Fixed Starlifter is being able to get attacked by non-AA Units.
6-Removed the blinking light in front of the Iron Dragon Jet.

8-Supply Drop Zone & Power Plant not showing the fortified upgrade image.
9-Gave the AWL Airfield fortifie Upgrade.
10-Fixed Cursor isn't showing when using the Defector special power.
11-Missing Black Market Nuke String.
12-Fixed the location of the Black Market Nuke Science Button.
13-Larged the AHRLAC a bit.
14-Fixed Atlas & AHRLAC Death Sounds.
15-Gave the AHRLAC Toxin Missile a green exhaust effect.
16-Improved Atlas Death.
17-Increased the weapon damage & speed of both of the scorpion tanks.
18-Disabled the generals (the Generals are not playable anymore, only the Asian Empire & the EU Alliance & the AWL)
19-Overhauled all of the drones and the Propaganda blimp and the AWL Victory statue and the Radar Van Radius Particle Effects.
20-Improved the flame tower targeting against Moving infantry.
21-Increased the flame tower Weapon damage and speed.
22-Fixed the propaganda Blimp shadow Bug.
23-Removed the Chinese voice when supplies are depleted while playing as the AWL or the EU Alliance.
