Who says sattelites are obsolete tech!?
What does it do?
It is not included in the full version because of it's bugginess, it was supposed to deploy a sattelite.
mmm too bad, but the Revamp Expansion mod has a working one but still WIP. Maybe they can help you with getting this one to work.
here i was thinking it was an experimental research center
If you get it to work, is it going to be as useless as it was in FA or are you buffing it?
