No, the Tantive IV(4) was destroyed in 0 ABY over Tatooine. An this was just an example to show how big the Star Destroyer is. Since the CR90 can fit in the docking area under the ISD like in the Tantive IV in A New Hope, that means both ships are 100% accurate in scale.
