Description
Some New Upgrades for Black Sun and the Droid Empire. Actually the Droids don't really have too much of any upgrades, but I'm adding them right now. I also added an idea I had for Black Sun to get upgrades based on corruption in skirmish. Currently the only ones available are Slavery, Piracy and Racketeering for land and space.
