You mean right near the starbase, below the box where Thrawn is? That's the Capital shipyards and the one underneath is the Frigate shipyards.
No no no, i mean the left unit-icon in the left box wich is also in the hero-list on the right top! (hmmm...maybe a little bit to complicated :)
You mean next to Thrawn? That's Lord Cronal/Blackhole, commands the solid black ISD Singularity. He's also a Emperor's Hand like Mara.
