We are in need of more modellers who have made high quality models. You don't need to know how to import into source as we can teach you.
We need to see examples of your work in picture format and we in particular need someone who is very good at making and texturing source player models.
Also if there's anyone good with rigging in XSI we would love to hear from you.
We also need some texture artists who can make good textures.
