Stargate: Legacy started off as a conversion of the popular StargateTC to the source engine, but now is an independant mod amazingly produced in a short time scale. For those who might not know, SGL, just like SGTC, is based on the popular TV show Stargate SG-1 aswell as Stargate Atlantis. Goa'uld- Choose to join the battle as a System lord, Anubis guard, Horus guard, Serpent guard or a loyal Jaffa. Use the powerful weapons from Staff weapon and T.E.R. to Zat'nik'a'tel and Tak to eliminate the annoying Tau'ri and fulfill the will of your god!
Singleplayer
On a day that started like any other day, members of SG-1 are engaged in separate projects. Teal'c is visiting his family on Chu'lak, Doctor Jackson is studying off world artifacts in his lab, Major Carter is testing one of the latest weapons in the fight against the goa'uld- battleship Prometheus, and Colonel O'Neill, not finding anyone to go fishing with, goes on a routine reconnaissance mission with SG-7.
But at the very time, a mysterious goa'uld is gathering a great army in search of a mythical device that very few know exists. A device that could give him unquestionable control over many, many galaxies. A Device created by an Alliance of 4 great races- Ancients, Asgard, Furlings and Nox. Slowly members of SG-1 get involved in a race to locate the mythical device and prevent the goa'uld from taking over our and many other galaxy. And so begins the battle for this mythical device Great Alliance used to ensure peace in many galaxies. Battle for their greatest achievement. Their pride and glory. Their Legacy
