Hey i started playing this after it was put up and on each time after trying to build a communication array my game has crashed, i know this may be a bug on my end however i thought it necessary to let ya know anyway ^_^

im having trouble downloading this mod, first it takes 8 hours and ive lost the connection twice trying to download(largest download for a mod ive ever tried) it only downloads at 30 KB and no faster, is there anyway i can speed this up or download in a compressed file. thanks guys for making another awesome mod for this game and i hope i get a chance to try it.

First up, love the mod, seems to be coming together nicely.

Can't really tell on balance, being only 1 race. The prometheus class seems 100% useless to me, was it OP with it's strike craft before? Better off rushing daedlus's from the get go.

It also crashes if I place a culture centre :(

Oh, and thankyou for removing the fighter style attacks. They work (sort of) for the Startrek mod, but stargate ships where always similar to battleships, none of that running around crap.

It also stops the bug where they can't turn around, which is a bonus lol

Great mod,but :
1- i see no words (liken new game,options,quit) in main menu,just icons
2- many ships (titans included) have no textures - they are grey only (like some ships in previous versions.
Is this a bug ?

The new version has lots of bug fixes and behind the scenes improvement, everything is more organized than before which will be easier for us to mod and push out new releases faster. Everything is being rebuilt from the ground up.

To many asgard pulse weapons though it seems like there are 2 many energy weapons on erth ships rather then rail guns

I love it so far, the improvements are fantastic, as are the new hero ships, althhough I did find two bugs, placing communications, and titan factory structures crashes the game, good luck modding, and thanks for the great mod!

so, ive been playing for a while and noticed something very unbalanced. the turrets are so tough that when i us a reg strategy (have 1 or 2 cap ships each in 2 corners were the enemy jumps in at and run towards the turrets when they start jumpin in, ps they always follow a cap ship)the turrets wipe them out like they're bugs because they keep chasing the cap ship. maybe tone down the turrets a bit or whats really the killer is those beams(wow they are just unreal)i think the beams on the turret are way to OP unless you dont use a strategy, then they actually work out pretty awesome. i will say that im really excited bout this mod and cant wait till the wraith, thanks for all your hard work. you guys have turned a so so game into a legend. thank you

Yeah,beams,turrets,titans and anti-planetary long range weapons are overpowered. Hero units could be stronger a bit.
What i really like is design of beam weapons (not beam skill but the BC304 normal beam weapons) - looks awesome :-)

1 more thing, i turn off all energy using skills cept beam(and the other beam wep on Excalibur)cuz its so powerful and recycles so fast. guess im saying that maybe the recycle is to short and renders the other skills a waste of energy(also great on hit and runs,something i could never do before without to much lose, awesome). ill continue to experiment.

With research you can get more power for using the abilities on the Excalibur and faster regeneraton,Its very simple and easy but if you are losing power too fast again just disable everything except the beams. They are the best ;)

i am new to modding in this game i enpacked in this mod in the 1.82 folder but it doesent work. Enabled the mod in game wia options and copied the enable mod file. Is there something else to consider? Already watched the youtube vid on how to install mods, stuck where it should load the mod.

You are not supposed to enable the mod in game, find your enable mod file and move it to where you moved the mod to. It should now automatically load the mod for you.

Is the problem you are having is that you can't extract it? If it is all you have to do is right click on the SGI1.82.83.rar file, and select "extract here" if you don't have that option download this and then you should - Rarlab.com If it says there is something missing or an error pops up you have a botched download,you have to redownload, if problem persists please contact me through moddb.

Hey Guys,
Not a really tech savy guy here so if we could keep the reply to less tech speak so my puny mind can comprehend that would be sweet.

I'm having trouble getting the mod to start running i get up to the load screen with the big SGI on and then goes for either a mini-dump or just stops responding. is there a patch or something i need to add.

Also, you guys are legends, keep it up!!

Did you activate the mod using the "EnabledMods.txt" file that is located here --->"C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\Mods-Rebellion v1.82"
