Description
LR-57 - security droid developed by Retail Caucus. Will be used as first influence reward on Christophsis.
Philloraptor did free release of this unit earlier, but significantly improved both model and texture for mod use.

So what Kind of Battlefield role will these serve? Anti-Infantry? and will they be able to "Burrow" like they did in Clone Wars?
It is an anti-infantry quasi-infantry droid, similar to the Crab droid, but with more firepower, but less durability. I don't think burrowing can be implemented in EAW in any satisfactory way.
I'm just glad its an influence unit so now I can have Barrel droids marching alongside the Clones for a change. I'd like them to implement buildable PDF troopers though
PDF Troopers are replaced by GAR Troopers in 1.2, because a lot of stuff now appears as revolt/starting units, they're going to be buildable in era 1, like PDFs in current version
